NERVE ENDS!

Autobahns is a relativley new band which means it was quite tricky to find out anything about them but I think I have thrown together enough info. It's the solo project of Giuliano Lannarella released their first single with S.G.A.T.V in 2023 and their debut album in 2024, which is fittingly titled "First LP" (LP-Long Play). The cover of this album is in keeping with the themes previously seen on other egg punk albums drawing from DIY and experimentalsim. Egg punk bands are inspired by DEVO's aesthetics/sound and satirical internet meme chatrooms, I'm sure you can imagine how they sound. If you can't, they not serious and quite synthetic.

Many call a mix between egg punk, chain punk and lo-fi. This album has nice spacey sounding highlights while keeping a raw and dingy sound. Guiliano Lannarella does a great job of merging an energetic sound containing raw undertones with vocals which jump at you and yelp.
